Class Summary

DigitDeffinition	The geometry of every decimal digit (0-9) in the Tenacity Hr192 Bold font.
ScannedBallot	Each ballot has two alignment marks.
ScannedBallotWithPdfOverlaysAndXmlSignatures	Given a scanned ballot, it can generate an xml signature, and a pdf overlay for the scanned ballot
SerialNoRecognizer	Given an image with a serial number on it (horizontally streigth), it tries to detect the serial number.
